We then visit the Daio Wasabi Farm, where you can taste fresh Japanese wasabi grown in crystal‑clear spring water. Continuing through Nagano, we arrive at Narai-juku, a beautifully preserved post town from the Edo period. After exploring its photogenic streets, we head into the mountains toward Takayama, where we stay for the night.

This day offers a balanced mix of riding and cultural experiences. We leave Takayama and ride to Gujo Hachiman, a town known for its pristine water. Here, you can try making Japanese food replicas, a fun and unique craft often seen in restaurant displays.
After lunch in the Kamagataki area, we enjoy a relaxing break in nature before riding along the Nagara River toward Nagoya. We stop at the Seki Sword Museum, where you can watch an impressive iaido sword‑cutting demonstration and learn about traditional Japanese craftsmanship. We end the day with an overnight stay in Mie Prefecture.

Leaving Mie, we ride the Suzuka Skyline, a slightly technical mountain route with continuous curves and elevation changes—perfect for riders who enjoy a bit of adventure. Next, we visit Iga Ueno Castle, famous for having one of the tallest stone walls in Japan. In Iga City, the birthplace of the legendary ninjas from feudal times. We’ll explore a genuine Ninja house, complete with hidden tricks and traps, and visit a museum showcasing their history and artifacts. At the adjacent Iga Ninja Museum, you can enjoy an authentic ninja performance.
We then head to Nara Park to meet the friendly deer (please be gentle with them), followed by a visit to the iconic Great Buddha of Todaiji Temple. The day concludes with an overnight stay in the ancient capital, Kyoto.
