In case of groups of 8 people and more, please check first below “Flow guide form the inquiry to the booking” before sending your group inquiry form.
Flow from the inquiry to the booking
01 Inquiry
First, fill up the “Group Inquiry Application form” with participants number, preferred starting day and all the required fields.
Inquiry
This booking form is for groups from 8 members and more; in case of groups of 7 people or less, please use the regular inquiry form.
02 Moto Tours Japan’s reply
We will send you an email with attached a hearing sheet to verify your booking.
03 Hearing sheet’s filling
Fill up hearing sheet’s required fields and send it to us by email.
04 Estimate
We will send you an estimate with a plan calculated basing on the contents of your inquiry.
05 Booking contents confirmation
In case you will have no problem in estimate’s contents, we will let you continue to the formal application form.
